Modern slavery statement

A practical statement of how we work to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.

Our business and supply chain

RF Technologies delivers RF hardware, embedded firmware, secure platforms, and supporting engineering services. Our supply chain can include electronics components, contract manufacturing, hosting, and specialist technical suppliers.

Modern slavery and human trafficking are serious crimes. We do not tolerate them in our business or supply chain, and we expect partners to share that position.

Policies and expectations

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to forced labour, child labour, and exploitative practices. We expect suppliers and subcontractors to comply with applicable laws and to maintain practices that respect workers’ rights.

Where we engage new suppliers, we aim to set clear expectations early, including ethical conduct, lawful employment practices, and safe working conditions.

Due diligence and risk assessment

Our approach is risk-based. Not all suppliers present the same risk. We prioritise due diligence where risk indicators are higher, such as complex subcontracting chains or high-risk geographies.

Where appropriate, we use supplier onboarding checks, contractual commitments, and ongoing review through the life of a relationship. If concerns are identified, we expect remediation or we will disengage.

Training, awareness, and reporting

We keep awareness of ethical and compliance risks within the business. The goal is practical: people should be able to spot red flags, escalate concerns, and make procurement decisions that do not optimise only for price.

We encourage a culture where concerns can be raised without retaliation. If issues are raised, we treat them seriously and investigate proportionately.

Approval

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and reflects the approach of RF Technologies (IoT Technologies Ltd) to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.
